**How long does it take to make my order?**
Every item is made to order, so please allow 5–12 business days for production
before it ships.

**How does personalization work?**
Simply select your product, then click "Personalize" to add your pet's name,
a custom message, and the year.

**Can I return a personalized item?**
Since items are custom-made, we're unable to accept returns unless there's
a defect or an error on our part. Please contact us within 5 days if there's
an issue.

**What sizes are available?**
Check the size guide on each product page to find the perfect fit for your pet.

**How do I track my order?**
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

**What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options
